limestone caves, offering good drainage and ideal soil conditions for grape growing. The free draining soils mean that the vines have to work a bit harder than better-watered areas, thereby, producing grapes with lovely depth of flavour.

Think of Fleurieu Peninsula, a coastal wonderland and home to some
of the best wines in Australia. As the sun sets over our coastal vineyards, the
cool nights linger, allowing the fruits to ripen slowly, bursting with refreshing notes that are the hallmark of our Sauvignon Blanc.
